INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box chocolate sugar-free, fat-free Jell-O
  • 1 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 scoop Whey Elite chocolate
  • 1 cup light whipped topping
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 3 tbsp. slivered almonds

DIRECTION

  1. Prepare pudding by blending together the Jell-O powder with skim milk.
  2. Whisk in the protein powder.
  3. Using 3 tall parfait glasses, alternate layers of pudding with whipped topping and strawberries.
  4. Sprinkle almonds on top and serve.
