INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 scoop Whey Elite vanilla
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/3 tsp. baking powder
  • 5 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp. Splenda
  • 1 tbsp. Splenda
  • 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 2 tbsp. walnuts
  • 3 tbsp. fat free cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp. Splenda

DIRECTION

  1. Preheat oven to 380 degrees F.
  2. Mix together coconut flour, protein powder, egg whites, baking powder, water, and Splenda. Once mixed, roll out onto parchment paper until dough is in a circular shape.
  3. Next, mix together second amount of Splenda, ground cinnamon, ground almonds, and water to form a thick paste. Smear this over the bun dough and roll up.
  4. Slice into 1 inch pieces and place on a non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Once finished, combine cream cheese with the third measurement of Splenda and smear over the rolls. Sprinkle with walnuts before serving.
