INGREDIENTS
- 2 Scoops Whey Elite Vanilla Milkshake
- 1 Whole Banana
- 1 Whole Dragon Fruit
- 10 Cubes of Ice
- 1/2 C Soy Milk
- (or pineapple juice for a non-dairy sorbet)
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, combine protein powder, banana, dragon fruit, ice cubes and soy milk .
- Blend on high until well blended.
- Place in freezer safe bowl or pan and freeze for 2 hours or until frozen.
- Scoop into bowls and serve.
