INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Scoops Whey Elite Vanilla Milkshake
  • 1 Whole Banana
  • 1 Whole Dragon Fruit
  • 10 Cubes of Ice
  • 1/2 C Soy Milk
  • (or pineapple juice for a non-dairy sorbet)

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender, combine protein powder, banana, dragon fruit, ice cubes and soy milk .
  2. Blend on high until well blended.
  3. Place in freezer safe bowl or pan and freeze for 2 hours or until frozen.
  4. Scoop into bowls and serve.
