- 2 scoops Whey Elite Cookies & Cream
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 3 squares dark chocolate
- Combine protein powder, almonds, coconut flour, and unsweetened almond milk. Stir in cashews. Form into bars and set aside
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or stovetop. Dip bars into the chocolate to coat and place on a plate. Freeze for 10-15 minutes.
