INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops Whey Elite Cookies & Cream
  • 1/4 cup ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 3 squares dark chocolate

DIRECTION

  1. Combine protein powder, almonds, coconut flour, and unsweetened almond milk. Stir in cashews. Form into bars and set aside
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or stovetop. Dip bars into the chocolate to coat and place on a plate. Freeze for 10-15 minutes.
