- 1/2 cup Whey Elite vanilla
- 1/4 cup dried coconut
- 1 egg
- 2 squares dark chocolate (0.7oz) broken into chunks.
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 cup almond milk
DIRECTION
- Preheat oven to 340 degrees.
- Mix together protein powder, dried coconut, egg, coconut flour, baking soda, and almond milk.
- Once mixed, form into 12 cookies.
- Press chocolate chunks into cookies and bake for 12 minutes.
