INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Whey Elite vanilla
  • 1/4 cup dried coconut
  • 1 egg
  • 2 squares dark chocolate (0.7oz) broken into chunks.
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

DIRECTION

  1. Preheat oven to 340 degrees.
  2. Mix together protein powder, dried coconut, egg, coconut flour, baking soda, and almond milk.
  3. Once mixed, form into 12 cookies.
  4. Press chocolate chunks into cookies and bake for 12 minutes.
