INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Whey Elite banana
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 3 tbsp. coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • Stevia to taste
  • 2 squares dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

DIRECTION

  1. Preheat oven to 335 degrees.
  2. Blend together almond milk, protein powder, bananas, egg whites, coconut flour, and Stevia.
  3. Pour into a loaf pan. Break up squares of dark chocolate and sprinkle chocolate and walnut pieces into the loaf.
  4. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
