INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup Whey Elite banana
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 3 tbsp. coconut flour
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- Stevia to taste
- 2 squares dark chocolate
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
DIRECTION
- Preheat oven to 335 degrees.
- Blend together almond milk, protein powder, bananas, egg whites, coconut flour, and Stevia.
- Pour into a loaf pan. Break up squares of dark chocolate and sprinkle chocolate and walnut pieces into the loaf.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
