Always being an athlete, playing several sports such as baseball, wrestling, golf, and soccer, it was only natural that I gravitated towards body building. I started my fitness career at Penn State University studying Nutrition Science and I also attended Southern Connecticut State University studying Exercise Science. After college I began personal training and worked my way up to Personal Training Director at LA Fitness in Newington, CT. I started my body building career at the age of 22 and am still competing. I am currently preparing for the NPC Team Universe. After 15 years in the fitness industry, I wanted a change but still wanted to continue to help people so I switched gears to emergency services and currently work full-time as a career firefighter/EMT. I also still work part time as a personal trainer. Having a true passion for helping people both inside and outside the gym, my role as a public servant allows and requires me to continue improving my physical fitness. I try to serve as a positive role model within my community by promoting a healthy lifestyle with both nutrition and fitness. It’s never too late to pursue a passion and a dream. Presently I am working with IFBB Pro Chris Tuttle for my nutrition and IFBB Pro Chris DiDomenico for my training, pursuing my dream of becoming an IFBB Pro Body Builder.
